Claims Administrator Services

The vendor is required to provide claims administrator services for the positions sought for the 2026, 2027 and 2028, fund years commencing January 1, 2026, or upon appointment, whichever is later.
- Demonstrate a consistent pattern of claims management and fraud prevention to joint insurance funds or self-insured governmental entities and must quantify the results achieved.
- Designate the following minimum personnel:
•    A senior officer with experience in governmental claims; and
•    A claims adjuster with experience in governmental claims.

- Contract Period/Term: 3 years
