The Vendor is required to provide of insurance companies and third-party administrators to supply insurance products and services.
- Services include:
• Allowable Section 125 and other related IRS sections.
• Certification and licensing in accordance with state regulations for insurance and healthcare services.
• Demonstrated success in implementing fully insured indemnity plans and Section 125 Cafeteria Plans.
• Ability to interface with major payroll systems and provide comprehensive payroll reporting.
• Strong references from at least three clients with similar program scope and scale.
• Proven ability to manage employee enrollment, claims processing, and ongoing administration.
• Experience in delivering measurable financial impact and employee satisfaction improvements.
• Coordination with Human Resources and Payroll departments.
• Employee education and enrollment support.
• Claims processing and billing support.
• Payroll reporting and software integration.
• Mobile app for easy access to benefits and wellness resources
• Online learning modules and stress management programs
• Health risk and genetic assessments
• Multiple plan tiers with varying benefit levels.
