• Implementation of a mobile application of the state all-payer claims database (APCD) consumer-facing website.
• The department seeks input on exploring the feasibility and development of a mobile application that simplifies the navigation of our existing consumer-facing website, dashboards, and snapshot.
• This will allow for the display of health quality information in a convenient format, compiled into a single application, accessible on both desktop and mobile devices.
• Use of real-time data.
• The department seeks input on exploring the feasibility of implementing real-time healthcare claims data in use on our existing state APCD consumer-facing website, dashboards, and snapshot.
• This includes increasing state frequency of data refreshes made to the data.
• Inclusion of external data sources.
• The department seeks input on exploring the feasibility and processes for incorporating additional external data sources into existing state APCD data.
• Sources may include (but are not limited to):
o Transparency in coverage files
o Hospital transparency files
o State health information exchange
o Registries institute
o Prescription drug discount cards
o Pharmaceutical patient assistance programs
o Provider directory solution
o The joint commission for quality
o American community survey.
