Medicaid Eligibility Enrollment Services

The Vendor is required to provide to support medicaid eligibility and enrollment services to increase the conversion of uninsured patients to insured.
- Shall state in all advertisements for employees that it is an affirmative action equal opportunity employer;
- Shall make, if the contract is a public works contract, good faith efforts to employ minority business enterprises as subcontractors and suppliers of materials.
