Claims Adjustment Services

The vendor required to provide claims adjustment services to assist in the investigation, negotiation and settlement of insurance claims being made by or against the municipality.
- Such services may be required due to the volume of claims received, the size of a claim received or due to complexity of a claim.
- The successful candidates will be required to provide insurance adjustment services including but not limited to:
•    The ability to respond within 3 hours of receipt of a first loss notice as may be required
•    Scene investigations (including obtaining photographs)
•    Obtaining statements from claimants, witnesses and staff
•    Provide coverage, liability and quantum assessment
•    Keep and maintain all file information confidential
•    Negotiate claim settlement within assigned settlement authority.
