Aircraft Landing Fee Billing and Collection Services

The vendor required to provide aircraft fee billing and collection services, as well as ongoing maintenance and support for the existing wireless solar-powered airside cameras that capture aircraft registration numbers.
- This includes developing a custom approach that fuses multiple disparate surveillance and aircraft identification data sources and processes the data to produce accurate images of all flights in and out of the airport to include:
•    Ability to track and identify 99%+ aircraft arrival and departures 
•    Ability to track and identify aircraft operating with incorrect or missing tail numbers or flight plans 
•    Ability to identify aircraft on the FAA LAAD list for billing purposes 
•    Ability to track and identify aircraft diverting to the airport.
