Flexible Spending Account Administration Services

The Vendor is required to provide flexible spending account (FS) administration services for the Plan for its health, limited purpose, and dependent care reimbursement plans, as described in the employee benefit plan administration – background.
- Provide State flexible spending account (FSA) administration services for the Plan for its health, limited purpose and dependent care reimbursement plans
- Officers, employees, agents, affiliated users, and any subcontractors shall not violate or attempt to violate the security of state’s network or interfere or attempt to interfere with state’s systems, networks, authentication measures, servers or equipment, or with the use of or access to state’s network by any other user.
