The Vendor is required to provide for agency archived electronic claims (837s) and electronic remittances.
- Solution will allow someone to search and find specific claims and/or remittances based on a variety of relevant information entered into the search query of the proposed solution.
- Solution will provide access to raw EDI file image as well as a human-readable summary.
- Solution will provide access for exported search results in .XLSX, .XLS, and .csv format.
- Requirements
• Must demonstrate that employees have undergone a background security check.
• Employees for the project must be located in the country
• Must provide evidence that employees are provided training to handle confidential data including a yearly security awareness training.
• Must have an incident response plan including notification of any breaches and/or data loss events within 24 hours.
• Must ensure adherence to all county policies and procedures and must demonstrate reasonable means and due diligence to protect the confidentiality and security of the county’s data.
• Ensure SAML v.20 protocol compliance for okta integration and use of MFA.
• Practice least privilege with permissions and restrictions related to job roles and without providing over-reaching permissions
• Vendor will notify the county immediately of any potential breach.
• County reserves right to immediately disconnect any device(s) that is connected to anything not listed in this contract that is used to provide support and any actions that may indicate malicious activities.
• Required to provide the county with audit logs including connection logs in the event of a breach or suspected activities.
