Third Party Administrator Data Reporting System

The Vendor is required to provide third party administrator data system will facilitate student vision screenings, case management, reporting, and data security.
- The solution must be scalable, user-friendly, and designed for seamless integration with schools, vision exam providers, audiologists, and state reporting requirements.
- Third-party administrator with a cloud-based data system, preferably a configurable out of the box solution, to quickly and accurately collect data and provide reports from contractors and schools that will allow for facilitating thorough follow-ups and addressing any failed screenings
- Optional data dashboard
•    The data dashboard offers a comprehensive and actionable overview of the hearing and vision programs. 
•    This interactive tool displays data at the state, county, and regional levels on key milestones, including: screening, referral, assignment to supplier, scheduling and rescheduling (if needed), exam completion, eyeglasses and hearing devices ordered, eyeglasses and hearing devices dispensed, and case closure with the noted reason.
- Optional enhancements
•    Offeror must provide development and testing of enhancements to the agency data management system as requested by the department agency program staff. 
•    Provide a bid summary for any requested enhancements. 
•    Department program staff will review and approve bid summary prior to any work starting on the enhancement. 
•    If a bid summary is not approved by the program, the enhancement will not be payable in this deliverable. 
•    Payable once development and testing is completed for each enhancement and approved by department program staff as functioning properly and to specifications provided by the program for the enhancement. 
•    Vendor ensures department that the agency data management system will properly operate in conjunction with enhancements and that any defects discovered in the production site will be promptly responded to and corrected.
