340 B Third Party Administrator Services

The Vendor is required to provide 340 b third party administrator services to the county.
- Management Services Provider provides technical and administrative support for Section 340B programs.
- Customer desires to engage Management Services Provider to deliver such technical and administrative support to Customer with respect to the operation of the Customer’s Section 340B program.
- Pharmacy: One or more pharmacies that Customer has contracted with to provide pharmacy services to the Customer’s patients in accordance with Section 340B
- Provide a detailed description of the 340B Third Party Administrator services offered, including but not limited to:
•    Program oversight and management:
•    Following Customer’s Business rules
•    Document collection, data specifications and preferred transmission procedure
•    Filtering prescriptions according to Customer’s Business Rules
•    Weekly and monthly reports provided to Customer
•    Inventory reconciliation and replenishment processes
•    Audit support
- Provide a detailed fee schedule
- Provide proof of insurance coverage
- Provide any additional information not previously provided that is within the 340B Third Party Administrator scope of practice.
