Codes and Planning Third Party Plan Review Services

The Vendor is required to provide third-party review of fire-protection system submittals to support timely, code-compliant project evaluations.
- Required services
•    Fire alarm (FA) and fire sprinkler (FS) plan review for compliance with NFPA, IFC, DFPC, and AHJ local amendments. 
•    Egress evaluation to confirm life-safety and exit requirements. 
•    Monitoring and detection connection review to verify proper system integration. 
•    Initial and subsequent submittal reviews with clear, code-referenced comments. 
•    Commissioning review of completed systems to confirm installation matches approved plans. 
•    Communication with the AHJ regarding findings, corrections, and compliance status.
