Medical Plan Administration Services

The Vendor is required to provide for medical plan administration services.
- Provide administration of the current self-funded medical programs (EPO/POS) for each Agency's active employees, retirees under 65, COBRA participants, and possibly Medicare Retirees, effective January 1, 2027.  The current kaiser-insured HMO will remain in place.
- Career employee working either full-time or part-time (20 hours per week), appointed official, Commissioner, or ERS employee.  
- Covered active employees include seasonal employees who meet the ACA definition of full-time employee and Term Contract employees.
