Grant Administration Services

The Vendor is required to provide grant administration process to meet requirements established by the city home consortium, including public hearing presentations and any other compliance needs in accordance with the agency program standards to both the county and the city.
- Participate in any monitoring by the department or other agencies and provide the necessary documents and files for such monitoring visits for both the county and the city. 
- Monitor program milestones and recommend amendments as necessary through monthly reports prepared for the county and city. 
- Facilitate communications between the sub recipient, the city and county, the city home consortium, and the project’s representatives and owner entity when necessary. 
- Apprise the city and county of all applicable federal and state requirements related to the city funds and facilitate the meeting of such requirements. 
- Monitor all federal labor standard requirements to ensure compliance. 
- Maintain files required by department through the city home consortium.
