The Vendor is required to provide administration services for our Flexible Spending Account (FSA) program.
- The goal is to ensure efficient, compliant, and user-friendly administration of these accounts for our employees.
- Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including but not limited to IRS regulations governing FSAs.
• Provide regular updates on regulatory changes and ensure timely implementation of any required changes.
- Account Management:
• Set up and manage FSA benefit accounts as required.
• Provide a secure online portal for employees to manage their accounts, submit claims, and access account information.
• Offer a mobile application for account management and claim submission.
- Customer Service:
• Provide a dedicated customer service team available during standard business hours (e.g., 8 AM to 5 PM EST). Virtual support is acceptable.
• Offer multiple channels for customer support, including phone, email, and live chat.
• Provide educational materials and resources to help employees understand and maximize their FSA benefits.
- Reporting:
• Provide regular reports on account activity, claims processing, and fund utilization.
• Standard service electronic statements, available online are acceptable.
- Implementation and Training:
• Offer training sessions for HR staff and employees on how to use the FSA platform and submit claims. Assist with initial set-up of FSA accounts and the annual enrollment process.
