Spending Accounts and HAS Services

The Vendor is required to provide providing spending accounts and HSA services administered at a high service level.
- Objectives
•    Spending accounts and health savings account services 
•    A partner who has extensive experience administering spending accounts and health savings accounts for public universities or similar large public sector employers 
•    Provide a quality account management team with experience working with higher education employers
•    Offer a dedicated, excellent, and high-performing customer service team to university employees
•    Administrative and technical support
- Mandatory requirements
•    Respondent shall comply with all federal laws and all state requirements as applicable to the state code. 
•    The respondent will comply with all mandatory requirements.
•    Respondent must provide a bundled spending account and health savings account solution.
•    Respondent must provide a single debit card solution that supports both FSA and HSA accounts, allowing all eligible funds and products to be accessed and used through one card
•    Vendor must be able to accept electronic claim file feeds from the medical and pharmacy carrier and use them for automated claim adjudication and payment from spending accounts
•    Respondent provides a one-year contract with a multi-year rate guarantee 
•    Respondent provides a dedicated, strong experienced large market account management team. (account executive, account manager, etc.)
