The Vendor is required to provide for emergency medical patient billing services for city.
- The medical response also includes both basic and advanced transport to local hospitals.
- Provider will be expected to perform all necessary services related to the development, implementation, operation, and maintenance of a medical billing system. This includes:
•    Associated software/hardware
•    Establishment of master files and sub files
•    An invoice tracking system with read and write access for agency 
•    An accounts receivable by patient name/account system
•    Analytic and dashboard tools with 24/7 access for agency ems bureau employees
•    Real-time financial reporting with agency access
•    Financial reporting with agency drilldown capabilities
•    Ad-hoc and dashboard creation tools for agency
•    Related financial reports.
