Employee Benefits, COBRA and FSA Plans Services

The Vendor is required to provide Group COBRA and FSA insurance plans for County employees.
- All eligible County employees are able to participate in the plan offerings. The County will provide enrollment electronically to the carrier. FSA vendors shall have debit card capabilities to be considered.
- As of January 2026, approximately 12 employees are on COBRA.
- As of January 2026, approximately 579 employees are enrolled in an FSA.
- Presently offers employees COBRA and FSA insurance through Inspire. County membership shall not represent more than 10% of the Vendor’s total COBRA and FSA membership during the contract period.
