403(b) Retirement Plan Administration Services

The Vendor is required to provide full service 403(b) plan administration services, including but not limited to the following:
•    Plan document development and maintenance
•    Plan monitoring and recordkeeping
•    Compliance administration and support services
•    Payroll contribution administration
•    Common remitter services
•    Management of vendor relationship agreements
•    Contribution monitoring
•    Account balance transfer monitoring
•    Consolidated multi-vendor plan reporting
•    Web support
•    Financial education tools
- Provide third-party administration services (TPA) for the district’s 403(b) tax sheltered annuity plan, in accordance with IRS regulations, the requirements of this solicitation, and the district’s procurement code. 
- The TPA services provided must be at no cost to the district.
