The Vendor is required to providing the highest quality 3rd party provider to oversee and manage the 21cclc programs.
- Requirements
• Programs must operate at minimum an average of 60 hours per month/ 3 hours per day/ 15 hours per week
• Program start date September 2026, and end date June 2027
• Findley must serve at least 75 children per year, as regular attendees (regular attendees means they have attended at least 30 days of programming)
• Hillis, Madison, and oak park must serve 83 children as regular attendees (regular attendees, means they have attended at least 30 days of programming)
• Staff must participate in one 21cclc state committee that meets once a month via zoom.
• The committees are communication, sustainability and partnerships, evaluation, family engagement, professional development and new grantee and staff transition
• Site must facilitate 1 family engagement with a literacy and educational component quarterly (4 per year)
• Sites will be required to enter student and program data into the 21cclc city span database
• Sites will be evaluated (local evaluation) two times per year (late fall and spring)
• Sites will be required to meet monthly with the DMPS financial team
• Staff will be required to attend the state after-school impact conference in des Moines
• Staff will be required to attend additional state and district level professional development on an as needed basis
• During the afternoon hours, students will participate in snack time, academic enrichment and recreational activities- activities vary throughout the year.
