Third Party Administrator Services

The Vendor is required to provide third party administrator services for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) services cooperative agreement cms-rht-2001, seeks a qualified contractor to implement a rural workforce incentive program (program) designed to recruit and retain healthcare professionals in rural state communities through:
• Ladder payments (a tiered system based on workforce priorities and geographic need),
• Recruitment incentives (signing bonuses and relocation stipends for particularly hard-to-fill positions and shift gaps),
• Retention bonuses (for healthcare professionals meeting multi-year service commitments), and
• Healthcare education awards (for students accepted into a healthcare education program, with an emphasis on post-graduate programs).
