Flexible Spending and Health Reimbursement Accounts Administrator Services

The Vendor is required to provide administrator for group flexible spending accounts (FSA) and group health reimbursement accounts (HRA).
- Experienced administrator with a high level of customer service, flexibility, and reliable and robust systems.
- The city must remain competitive as an employer and control all benefit costs.
- HRA provides reimbursement for medical, vision, dental and post-employment health plan expenses not covered by insurance.
- Monthly admin fee for flexible spending accounts (medical and dependent care - $3.50 per employee
- Monthly admin fee for health reimbursement account - $3.50 per employee.
