Third Party Administration of Liability and Vehicle Physical Damage Claims Services

The Vendor is required to provide third-party administration (TPA) services for automobile liability and physical damage claims for the full lifecycle of claims management, including 24/7 loss reporting and intake, prompt and thorough investigations, expert liability analysis, vehicle damage appraisals, reserve establishment and management, effective settlement negotiations, and subrogation recovery efforts.
