Third-Party Administrator and Benefits Administration Services

The Vendor is required to provide third-party administrators (TPAs), and benefits administration service providers to deliver employee benefits administration services for active employees and retirees.
- The administration of the following programs and services:
• Administrative services only (ASO) medical
• Administrative services only (ASO) dental
• Flexible spending account (FSA) and dependent care account administration, including a limited purpose FSA option
• Health savings account (HSA) administration
• Cobra administration.
