Medical Third-Party Administration Services to administer CIS’ Medical self-insured health plans and provide network access.
- Duties will include, but not be limited to, the following:
1. Demonstrate a commitment to CIS through superior partnership and delivery of bestin-market member services.
2. Drive meaningful savings and/or trend mitigation through proven cost mitigation strategies.
3. Support compliance with healthcare regulations and industry standards, including HIPAA, mental health parity, and other relevant guidelines.
4. Deliver regular reporting and analytics on healthcare utilization, cost trends, and member satisfaction to support informed decision-making by CIS.
5. Coordinate with CIS point solutions to support the organization’s overall goal and integrate them seamlessly into Cis benefits package.
6. Administer CIS self-insured medical plans through best-in-market claims processing capabilities.
7. Offer a robust network of healthcare providers, hospitals, primary care and specialists to ensure access to quality care across the State of Oregon and everywhere CIS has membership. Provider access is a top priority for CIS.
8. Agree to administer CIS current plan designs with no deviations.
9. Provide tools and resources for members to make informed healthcare decisions, such as online provider directories and cost estimator tools.
10. Offer educational resources and materials to help CIS members understand their benefits, coverage options, and healthcare rights. Support CIS open enrollment process, new hires events and roadshow meetings that occur throughout the year.
11. Superior member services, including responsive customer support, personalized assistance, resolution of member inquiries and concerns, and support members in navigating the healthcare system, including assistance with appointment scheduling, referrals, and care coordination.
12. Offer educational resources and materials to help CIS members understand their benefits, coverage options, and healthcare rights. Support CIS open enrollment process, new hires events and roadshow meetings that occur throughout the year.
