- General Liability Claims Administration shall include, but is not limited to: general, automobile, and property liability claims administration, investigations, research, analysis, recording, reporting, subrogation, litigation management, liability trust account management and reconciliation, and related support services. The City shall retain litigation management and restitution/recovery functions but may call upon Contractor to assist in these areas on a case-by-case basis.
