The Vendor is required to provide resident transportation services for include:
- Resident transportation for outings
• Provide safe, reliable, and professional transportation services for residents at center attending scheduled outings, recreational activities, community events, and other approved large off-site activities.
• Services will include:
o Timely pick-up and drop-off at designated locations.
o Assistance with boarding and exiting vehicles when needed.
o Assistance with loading and unloading luggage.
o Accommodation for varying group sizes.
o Coordination with center staff regarding schedules and special requirements.
o Provides flexible routing and accommodates multiple scheduled stops within the contracted services period to ensure efficient and uninterrupted transportation services.
- 24-hour availability
• Early morning or late evening outings.
• Last-minute schedule adjustments.
• Weekend and holiday transportation coverage.
• Rapid deployment during urgent or unforeseen situations.
- Emergency response and evacuation support
• Immediate dispatch of vehicles for emergency evacuation.
• Support during weather-related emergencies, facility issues, or crisis events.
• Collaboration with center facility leadership to ensure safe and orderly transport.

• Maintain properly licensed and insured vehicles.
• Ensure drivers are properly credentialed and trained.
• Adhere to all local, state, and federal transportation regulations.
