Exclusive Data and Telecommunications Contractor Services

The Vendor is required to provide exclusive data and telecommunications contractor shall provide all center clients with professional installation and operation of one of the largest, fastest and most reliable wired and wireless convention center data networks in the country.
- Provided 206,729 wireless connections with outgoing bandwidth of 6gbps at arch and 3gbps at summit in addition to 2,005 wired connections. 
- Total data transferred over the network in 2025 was 958,495 GB.
- Sales and marketing requirements
•    Annually prepare for center approval, and if so approved, implement a marketing plan and associated marketing materials directed at increasing the utilization of data and internet services for the majority of events held at the center.
•    The focus of the plan shall be the generation of increased wireless data business as well as new and relevant emerging networking services, reliable deployment, and maximization of gross revenues.
•    The technical vehicle for this process will be through center event management system.
•    Maintain office hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. during the normal workweek.
