Employee and Student Immunizations Services

The vendor is required to provide to establish a contract or contracts through competitive negotiation for the ongoing provision of immunizations and other medical testing services to eligible agency students and employees at designated agency locations in county
- Eligible recipients shall be defined as all currently enrolled students; all students residing in county and eligible for enrollment in agency; and all current agency employees, including part-time and hourly staff.
- In support of the mission of public health to reduce the spread of infectious disease through immunization, agency is seeking to enter a mutually beneficial partnership with a health care provider in order to improve the health, safety and wellness of our school community.
- To support these efforts, agency will provide successful offerors with free access to agency facilities to be used during mutually agreed upon immunization events held during the school day, after school hours or on weekend days.
- Agency will provide access to electricity and wireless internet, as required
- Agency will provide access to required facility equipment, including tables, chairs, and power strips.
- Agency will provide access to designated support staff to help manage onsite logistics during immunization events, including access to interpreters to support the needs of multilingual students and families, as deemed necessary by agency .
- In order to maximize utilization of immunization services, as provided by the contractor, agency will align the use of accessible communication resources to publicize immunization events within the entire school community and support families and staff in accessing immunization services.
- Offeror shall ensure that a representative who can bind the firm is available for both the finalist interviews and negotiations.
