The Vendor is required to provide professional consultant services associated with disadvantaged business enterprise (DBE) program administering and labor compliance monitoring services for division.
- monitoring and reporting prevailing wages, certified payrolls, on-site monitoring, investigations, payroll audits, labor laws, labor unions, apprentice program requirements, and other requirements to ensure compliance.
- Contract specific DBE goals for federally-funded public works projects.
- Documentation of research and methodology.
- Documentation of outreach activities.
- Findings from the review of proposals and bids on DBE and other project documents.
- All reports, summaries, findings, and recommendations as required, including all supporting documents.
- Provide the City with a concise monthly report, mentioning specific work tasks performed by the firm.
- Interview one employee per trade, per month and verify interview results against submitted payrolls.
- Follow-up and report on delinquent payrolls and wage underpayment in accordance with grant agency and City requirements.
