The vendor is required to visitor center services provided shall include, but not be limited to, the following tasks:
• Maintain and operate the city’s visitor information center; to include rent (if applicable), repairs and maintenance, phone and computer communications, office supplies, postage, accounting, and personnel assigned to the visitor’s center desk
• Maintain visitors’ information, pamphlets, brochures, maps and handouts
• Support group and research tours
• Respond to phone inquiries during regular business hours; prepare and mail requested information and respond to email requests
• Collaborate with the DMO and the city on other projects as needed, and cooperate with local, regional, and state tourism opportunities as needed
