Transit System Feasibility Study Services

The vendor is required to provide undertake a comprehensive transit feasibility study to assess the need, viability, and implementation strategies for introducing a fixed route public transportation system—a–bus—within the municipal boundaries.
- The study will evaluate route options, operational models, public needs, vehicle requirements, and integration with existing services.
• Assess the current transportation landscape and identify community transit needs.
• Explore route design, stop locations, and service delivery models (fixed vs flexible).
• Analyze fare management systems, vehicle fleet options (including zero emission vehicles), and operational hours.
• Evaluate integration with county.
• Conduct broad public consultation, ensuring inclusivity across demographic groups.
• Deliver a final report with findings, recommendations, and implementation strategies.
