Life Coaching and Credible Messenger Services

The Vendor is required to provide to deliver life coaching and credible messenger services as part of a community violence intervention strategy.
- Provide to support individuals returning from incarceration, those with firearm offenses and those at high risk of gang/group involvement in violence through mentorship, personal development, and positive behavior change.
- Each professional will manage a caseload of clients of at least 20 clients each over a 2-year period providing daily contact and weekly in-person mentorship.
- In addition to mentorship, these professionals will deliver life coaching, including one-on-one and group sessions focused on personal development, goal setting, and building connections to local employers, government agencies, and educational institutions.
- They will be available to their mentees 24/7 and will offer direct referrals, using warm handoffs, to connect participants with needed services.
- All activities and interactions will be thoroughly documented in Apricot360.
- Apricot360 is a secure, cloud-based platform designed to support comprehensive case management, data tracking, and outcomes measurement.
