The vendor is required to provide p3 advisory include, but is not limited to, ad-hoc financial, commercial, construction, and project management support.
- Requirements
• Project agreement related financial administration including but not limited to:
o Construction progress payment (“CPP”) administration remaining works invoices, variation invoices
o Cash allowance administration
o Annual price adjustment protocol regime and quarterly indices tracking
• Issues escalation support and dispute administration
• Variation procedures and administration support (including design development variations or "puts and takes")
• Support preparation for achievement of substantial completion
• Operations phase contract management training and support
• Support monthly service payment and payment mechanism regime post substantial completion
• Final completion support
• Auditor general, public accounts, governance ad-hoc requests and
• Strategic advice and support ad hoc
• Project management - day to day ad hoc support.
