Assistive Technology Literacy Support Services

The vendor is required to provide assistive technology literacy support software application that supports students with reading, writing, and learning needs.
- Features and capabilities
•    Offers reading and literacy support (e.g., text-to-speech, screen reading, reading comprehension tools). 
•    Offers writing support (e.g., word prediction, spell check, speech-to-text, grammar check). 
•    Offers learning and study tools (e.g., talking dictionary, picture dictionary, highlighters, vocabulary list builder) 
•    Offers pdf annotation tools 
•    Supports multiple platforms, including windows, mac, chrome books, iPad, and web browsers. 
•    Provides accessibility features (e.g., font adjustments, color overlays, translation tools, webpage simplifier). 
•    Provides OCR technology to convert inaccessible text to accessible text 
•    Integrates with canvas learning management systems (LMS), google workspace, and microsoft office 365. 
•    Meets all federal and state accessibility 
•    Provides professional development, technical support, and ongoing updates. 
•    Application should be available to students at home as well as at school.
