The Vendor is required to provide assistance with a cisco university upgrade in order to maintain support for the environment with cisco.
- This engagement shall be performed under a fixed-fee, not-to-exceed contract.
- All services and deliverables described herein are mandatory unless expressly stated otherwise.
- Conduct structured planning workshops with County stakeholders to:
• Validate current-state architecture
• Confirm functional, technical, and operational requirements
• Identify risks, dependencies, and constraints
- Review and document the existing environment, including:
• Call control, messaging, presence, contact center, gateways, and integrations
• Directory services and certificate dependencies
• Licensing, firmware, and version compatibility
- Develop and submit the following deliverables for County review and written approval:
• Target-state Unified Communications system design
• Upgrade and migration plan
• Maintenance window and outage schedule
• Cutover and rollback plan with defined go/no-go decision points
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plan
- Verify:
• Access to all required systems and infrastructure
• Manufacturer supportability for all proposed upgrade versions

• Call control, voicemail, contact center, emergency services, remote access, paging, and integrations
