The Vendor is required to provide Employment/Income Verification website/database.
- Provide a fully operational, user friendly, secure and reliable product that will provide employment/income verification data usable by agency.
- Provide a clear explanation of its process and procedure regarding web verifications in its bid response. Clear definition of important terms of such processes are to be provided as well.
- Employment Information must be printable and in a usable format. At a minimum, must include the following, as and if such information is contributed and/or available:
• Employer Name
• Employment Status
• Employer Address
• Employment Dates
• Position Title
• Rate of Pay
• Pay Frequency (i.e., weekly, bi-weekly, every two weeks, monthly)
• Pay Dates
• Gross Pay Amounts
• Up to three (3) years of YTD gross income details, including pay period detail.
• Date information was updated on website
• Deductions withheld from pay
• Type of income including but not limited to:
o Wages
o Overtime
o Shift differentials
