Public Works Optimization Project Services

The Vendor is required to provide public works optimization project, which combines previous attempts by the village to bid this project as two (2) separate bid groups into a single bid package.
- The construction of a new salt storage building and related items, including the relocation of an existing brine maker and tanks to the new salt building, paving of surrounding area to blend existing pavement to new salt building elevations, procurement of a backup generator and associated utility work. 
- The construction of a 56,825 sf public works north garage addition, the renovation of the public works south garage, the renovation of the public works locker and restrooms, the installation of a new generator, all associated HVAC, structural, life safety, paving, storm water and utility work.
