The Vendor is required to provide comprehensive license and certification validation services to support the office.
- Primary Source Verification
•    Conduct ongoing primary source verification (PSV) and continuous license monitoring for all required credentials including compact licenses.
- Automated Reporting
•    Ability to generate daily, weekly, monthly, and on demand reports.
•    Real time error reporting and exception alerts.
- Data Extraction & Management
•    Ability to extract, import, and export license and certification data in standard formats.
•    Support for bulk uploads and automated data feeds.
- Self Service Tools
•    End users must be able to self-generate reports, view status, and upload documentation.
•    Role based access controls for administrators, managers, and employees.
- Customizable Workflows & Reporting
•    Configurable dashboards, user tasks, and workflow automation.
•    Flexible reporting with filters, scheduling, and export options.
- Identity & Name Matching
•    Advanced name matching capabilities to ensure accurate verification across multiple data sources
- System Availability
•    System must be available 24/7, excluding scheduled maintenance windows.
•    Must support printing, downloading, and exporting of all reports and documents.
