The Vendor is required to provide a news briefing document that is custom-curated and delivered by email in a timely manner each business day to all (1,700+) Authority employees and board members.
- The firm will maintain a news clipping analytics platform that provides actionable data and insights to the Airports Authority’s communications team.
- This includes availability of key staff on a 24-hour basis, support during urgent situations, and effectiveness in troubleshooting delivery or platform issues.
- Ability to produce a custom curated daily news briefing that is accurate, timely, and clearly written for clients who are a similar sized organization (more than 1,500 employees).
- This includes the availability of qualified editorial staff during the review process and the ability to implement requested changes within the required timeframe.
- This includes national, regional, and local outlets, industry publications, broadcast media, subscription-based sources, and specialty news relevant to aviation transportation and Authority operations.
- This includes the ability to track story count, impressions, reach, tone, engagement, and trends over time. The Authority will also evaluate whether reports are intuitive and accessible to at least five users/logins.
- This includes support for multiple tags per item, ease of filtering, and sorting and integration of tagged content into analytics and reporting tools.
- This includes ease of access reliability, long term availability, and usability for Authority staff without limitations on viewing or retrieval.
