The Vendor is required to provide employee assistance program (EAP) services administered at a high service level.
- Objectives
• We are requesting quotes for employee assistance program (EAP)
• A partner who has extensive experience administering employee assistance program (EAP) for public universities or similar large public sector employers
• Provide a quality account management team with experience working with higher education employers
• Offer a dedicated, excellent, and high-performing customer service team to university employees
• Administrative and technical support.
