The Vendor is required to provide public private partnership agent and advisory services for include:
- Program management and administration
• Project manager (CPM) will serve as the city’s p3 agent for the entire project.
• Sample efforts will include, but not be limited to, leading and coordinating the consultant team to implement and deliver the project scope, schedule, and deliverables, as well as representing and advocating for the city’s interests in all p3-related discussions, presentations, and meetings.
• Organizing, presenting at, leading, and facilitating project meetings, including preparation of agendas, meeting materials (including outreach and technical products), minutes, sign in sheets, etc., all provided to the manager at least three days prior to each meeting.
• Documenting critical inputs, findings, decisions, and progress throughout the project, and ensuring that comprehensive project records are maintained.
• Establishing and executing a rigorous quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) program to ensure all deliverables meet or exceed city and industry p3 standards
- Stakeholder and third-party coordination
• Leading city resort stakeholder and elected official outreach efforts to develop consensus on key east and west transit connector project dynamics, including, but not limited to, technology type, preferred stop locations, branding and aesthetic inputs, definition of preferred key performance indicators, and service dynamics.
- Initial innovation and sustainability expectations
• Clean transit technology
• Alternative revenue stream applicability
• Fare integration with regional partners; contactless standards
• Event-day operations optimization and dynamic headways
• Real-time information
• Ada compliance
• Fitting in within the planning and development context of the city resort.
