The Vendor is required to provide to deliver Job Demands Analysis (JDA) services for new positions and updates to existing positions across unionized and non unionized roles.
- This is an ongoing, multi year program, recognizing JDAs require review and updating approximately every five (5) years, or sooner where job duties, equipment, work methods, organizational structures, or work environments change.
- Provide professional JDA services that may include, but are not limited to:
• New JDAs for newly created or reclassified positions.
• Review, validation, and updating of existing JDAs (target updates every 5 years).
• On‑site job observation and engagement with employees, supervisors, and union representatives as applicable.
• Systematic assessment of physical, cognitive, environmental, and psychosocial job demands.
• Clearly identify and describe essential job duties versus non‑essential functions
• Integration of ergonomics and agency prevention principles (e.g., force, posture, repetition; controls hierarchy) in accordance with agency duties and agency prevention guidance.
• Delivery of plain‑language, user‑friendly JDA documents suitable for disability management/return‑to‑work, accommodation, health & safety risk mitigation, and procurement/equipment selection.
• Commitment to comply with agency, field staff trained and equipped for on-site work.
• Ability to comply with act and County privacy policies including data handling, storage in state, breach reporting etc.
