Microsoft Licensing Services

The Vendor is required to provide Microsoft licensing services for include:
• Responsible and responsive vendors in accordance with the line items as specified in bid-net.
• Vendor will provide a formal pricing quote and a completed itemized list in bid-net.
• While the quantities stipulated in this solicitation will be used by the district for the purposes of determining the successful vendor(s) meeting specifications, it is hereby agreed and understood that the district has a right to adjust (increase or decrease) the quantities ordered in conjunction with this solicitation based on available budget.
• As this solicitation specified the estimated number of items to be purchased by the district, it is understood and agreed that the district may, within the three hundred sixty-five (365) days after the terms and conditions of this contract have been fulfilled through the delivery and acceptance of the items, the district may purchase additional quantities and licenses of the same type from the awarded vendor(s).
• If exercised, is the prerogative of the district and shall be honored by the vendor(s) as a condition of award.
• Prior to bid submission, vendors are encouraged to check the bid-net website to ensure additional requirements are incorporated into its submissions.
