The Vendor is required to provide employee psychological services for include:
- Employee-related services
• Individual, couples, and family counseling to personnel (active and retired, uniform and civilian) and their immediate family members
• Critical incident interventions and debriefings as directed by the agencies at any of their respective facilities and locations
• Consultation, clinical supervision, and emergency support focusing on trauma intervention
• Consultation with department management, internal affairs, and city human resources regarding discipline and mental health issues
• Substance abuse assessments and counseling
• Reporting on service utilization by type, trends, and other demographic information as requested by the department
- Behavioral and mental health training
• Crisis intervention
• Trauma
• Suicide prevention and posttension
• Self-care and self-regulation
• Anger and stress management
• Post-traumatic growth
• Communication and relationship skills.
