The Vendor is required to provide to replace its existing electronic message sign with a modern full-color LED display system capable of displaying text, graphics, images, and animations.
- Display requirements
• Double-sided full-color LED display.
• Minimum display size of 32.5 inches high by 105.5 inches wide per side.
• Outdoor-rated construction suitable for continuous operation.
• High-brightness display with automatic brightness adjustment.
- Requirement:
• Site inspection and verification of existing conditions.
• Removal and disposal of existing sign (if applicable).
• Delivery of all materials and equipment.
• Installation of sign, support structure, foundations, and mounting hardware.
• Electrical connection and startup.
• Software installation and configuration.
• Testing and commissioning.
• On-site training.
• Warranty service.
• Final cleanup and restoration of work area.
