Trades Services

The Vendor is required to provide trades services for categories:
1. Mechanical and HVAC services
• Installation, maintenance, repair, and replacement of HVAC systems
• Controls, ventilation, refrigeration systems
• Preventative maintenance programs
2. Electrical services
• Installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems
• Lighting systems, controls, panels, wiring, and related components
• Low-voltage systems (as applicable)
3. Plumbing services
• Installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems
• Water, sewer, gas lines
• Fixtures, piping systems, and related components
4. General trades and specialty trades
• Painting, plastering and wallpapering
• Fencing
• Lighting
• Other
5. Additional trade services (as proposed by vendor)
• Trade services not listed above, provided they fall within a clearly defined trade discipline and are not construction management or full project delivery services.
• May offer supplies in conjunction with the service.
