Identity Verification Services

The vendors to provide identity verification services as part of its effort to ensure program integrity, improve customer service, provide operational efficiencies, and augment management tool.
• Interactive Identity Verification service that:
• Authenticates the user based on the input of individual demographic data;
• Provides questions and multiple-choice answers related to the user's identity;
• Returns an identity verification result that can alert individuals to both successful and unsuccessful identity verification, and which will be stored in Commonwealth applications for future editing or reporting; and
• Provides a response to an individual's input in less than 10 seconds.
