Website Design Services

The Vendor is required to provide website design services:
- Revitalize our Logo:
• The town wants to make some minor changes to the logo; once completed, the Town will want a design that can be transferred to our letterheads and other correspondences.
- Refresh and redesign the website:
• The Town would like to bring it up to current day standards.
• This includes but not limited to
orefreshing the color scheme,
oreorganizing the pages,
oCleaning up the language,
oGiving us ideas how to promote the business section of our page.
- Email addresses:
       • With the changing environment of municipal government, municipalities are starting to be required to have our own email addresses; as such, email addresses with the email name will be required; currently, the town has approximately 25 email addresses.
       • Once the project is completed, the town would like the administrative staff to be able to add and remove the email addresses as required.
- A private backdoor page for internal correspondence:
       • The town would like to have a private backdoor page which the administration can place correspondence and documents for council meetings and other purposes; the documents on this page shall be accessible only by approved people.
       • Depending on the costs, this portion may be severed.
- include the following:
•Name and contact information of Company;
•Detailed Proposal with above information;
•Price breakdown;
•Name of sub-contractors (if used);
•Active Saskatchewan Worker’s Compensation Account with proof of good standing;
•Reference of previous projects, preferably municipal.
