• Develop a comprehensive, investment focused marketing strategy; including a fully modernized visual identity and brand standards.
• It will include messaging playbook and FDI positioning brief.
• It will be adaptable to local investors (LI1) and foreign direct investors (FDI2.) prospects.
- Marketing material development & community engagement tools
• The marketing collateral, in its entirety, must convey the airport story and value proposition, highlighting
• The airport’s strengths with a background theme that builds on and compliments the strengths of the region.
• Material will include a downloadable investment toolkit, sector specific one-pagers, pitch materials, a community engagement toolkit.
• It is to be directed toward both LI and the FDI.
- CYQI website redevelopment
• The site will focus on showcasing airport story and value proposition; detail its boundaries, service offerings, amenities, both on-site and through local service providers.
• The site will also provide visitors with pertinent information based on their specific needs (e.g., a site selector for a manufacturing firm will find information pertaining to local skilled trades, education, and supply chain and logistics data.)
• The site will be available in three languages and be investment focused.
• It should be positioned for use by site selectors.
• The site will cater to both LI and FDI visitors.
- Promotional video development
• The promotional video of airport will give the viewer an understanding of where the airport is situated locally, regionally and globally.
• It will speak to the strategic advantages it possesses given its on-site features, local services availability, connectivity and proximity to world markets.
• It will speak to quality of-life issues and present the area as safe, welcoming and inviting.
• It will be directed toward attracting both li and FDI visitors.
• Accessibility of the website (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 (WCAG 2.0)).
• Commonality of language, albeit distributed over three distinct languages (English, French, German) and focus among the four deliverables.
• Other airports/aerodromes around the world that have shown success in attracting high site selector traffic in online analytics and have demonstrated an ability to attract private sector investment.
