- The need to update, leadership has determined that a CMS platform will provide the best and easiest platform for administrative upkeep.
a. Website structure and navigation
• Ensure content is indexed and organized for ease of navigation
b. Design and functionality
• Create a clean, uncluttered design with a visual builder like Elementor pro (preferred but not mandatory).
• No custom themes or pre-made templates.
• Avoid using widgets, paid add-ons, or non-essential plugins.
• Ensure design is responsive and compatible with various devices, from desktop to mobile.
c. Security and accessibility
• Ensure compliance with security and accessibility standards.
d. User training and documentation
• Provide user training and documentation for any back-end processes that agency will maintain or update.
• Ability of agency to update images, text and other standard functions of the website easily with the provided training and documentation.
• A stated set period of time with included support. proposals for costs for ongoing website maintenance services above and beyond the time period included in the proposal may be discussed, but are not a part.
e. Minimal plugin use
• Use the minimum number of plugins required for functionality.
